I am interested in buying some land in Hawaiian Paradise Park, and placing a small home, for maybe two people. Can you give me any feedback about how to be in compliance with local regulations, as I would not like to do anything that is not acceptable.
Do homes require architects, and the whole enchilada, or can a person simply have a nice cabin built there, without fears or anxieties?
Any suggestions? Whatever I do there will look good.
